I am a Beachbody loving workout girl and am currently obsessed with their Hammer and Chisel videos. This smoothie is my go-to post morning workout drink and I probably have it about 4-5 times a week...it's yummy! It's also a very filling smoothie which is great to help keep my appetite curbed until lunch time.
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup coconut water
1 heaping tbs. peanut butter
1 scoop of your favorite chocolate protein powder (I use VEGA Protein & Greens Chocolate)

Mix all ingredients in blender. Blend, pour and enjoy!
