KK Avocado Pudding


If you are one to admit to watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians you have probably seen Kourtney Kardashian eating her Avocado Pudding. I love avocados so I decided I needed to try this one. Avocados are super nutritious and there are many benefits you get from adding them to your diet. They are loaded with healthy fats and are chock full of important nutrients. Adding avocados to your diet is shown to help improve the look of your hair and skin...some of those benefits include minimizing fine lines, shiny hair and helping to control acne. 1 whole organic avocado
1 cup organic coconut milk (it was whole milk before she became dairy free)
2 tsp. honey, preferably Manuka honey (honey optional)

Mix all ingredients in your blender then pour into short glass and eat with a spoon.
